Hi, does anyone know of good reputable solicitor in the above areas or one that would be within Naas Districts Court jurisdiction?

    Thanks!

What aspect of company law will be dealt with in the district court?

Contract law! I have all the advice I need from the Barrister, I just need to get a reputable solicitor to do the necessary.

You could get your own family solicitor to recommend somebody in the area. Failing that, maybe the District Court staff could recommend somebody to you, if you asked them nicely.

The reason that we can't give a recommendation for a solicitor is here.

EDIT: if you have advice from a barrister, he or she should be able to recommend somebody good.

Thanks for that! The family solicitor is not from this area and does not know anyone this way nor does the Barrister. But I understand the limits. Thanks.

But how did a barrister give you advice if he was not briefed by a solicitor.

He was, but by the solicitor I work with on other matters. I knew if anything was to come of the case I would have to look for local solicitor.
