Getting Rid of Viral/Clickbait Pages?

    I've been noticing recently that pages from two radio stations , Virgin Radio Lebanon and Radio One Lebanon are constantly popping up on my newsfeed.

    They both seem to spread these very viral pictures, that several of my friends regularly like, and as a result I always have them appear. Recently pictures from those two pages have been popping up at least 3-5 times a day, and I don't even "like" the page.

    Does anyone know if I can stop them appearing if I block both these pages? It seems as if these constant pictures are a viral marketing ploy for their page(s) or something, the fact that both of them are based in Lebanon (of all places) is a strange coincidence.
