Michael Parenti has some fascinating lectures (free to view on youtube) on how Hitler was enabled by industrialists and how he could very likely have been stopped by people in his own circles who appealed to western nations to help overthrow him.

Well, considering Hitler never actually killed anyone, I would say any murderer is worse than Hitler.

Sure, he was a terrible old bugger for convincing other people to kill others, but personal responsibility and all that.

As my teacher used to say to me when I used to say it was Tommy Harris's fault I drew giant boobs on the blackboard, as he was the one who told me to do it:

"Well, would you jump in a fire if Tommy told you to? No, so stop blaming other people for you choose to do".

I'm not saying Tommy and Hitler are good people, but just that if other people weren't such fcuking idiots (like me when I listened to Tommy) then both Tommy and Hitler would have been harmless as neither had the balls to the things themselves which they convinced others to do.

Henry Ford in particular became rather close with the Nazi party, he was even awarded with the Cross of the German Eagle, the highest honour that could be bestowed on a non German citizen.
