Touch wood this won't be bothering me for many years to come. But wondering if banks are giving out loans to new farmers to buy land.

We have 25 acres at the moment but I would hope to at least double this.

Can loans be got easily or have you to do Cash Flow forcasts e.t.c.

Also, how much an acre/ha is it rent land?

    Thanks

Got one there recently "but not a new farmer" have a credit history built up so and they get a set of the accounts every year so they have a fair handle on my turnover so no cash flow planner looked for sticking point could come from they expect between 10-20% of the purchase price of you.
As for rent prices to many variables to pin it down to one price but round here "the north west" from E130/ac upwards for normal land.
