I did a search for this but didn't find anything recent. I'm looking for a surveyor to do a survey on a house I'm sale agreed on. I want to have a boundary check done as well as the structural survey as it's a one off house. Any recommendations? It's a city suburb property, so a city based surveyor might be best.

    Hi iguana,

I'm in the same situation - sale agreed and trying to arrange my own survey/boundary check. I've read good things here about John Garrett. He's based just off John's Square and includes a boundary check in the survey.

(We are waiting to get the folio map from the land registry before we get him to do the survey, which is taking ages, so I can't say from experience yet what he's like).

    Good luck with it!

Thank you. I'll give him a call next week.
