Is it the Patriot Train you are getting out? It seems to arrive with very little time to spare, at least that's my experience but more regular goers would know more. I've taken the Patriot Train and missed the kick off as it's reaches at peak time queues. Maybe they have more trains now.

Queues to show your ticket at the gate are not well managed IMO. It's more of a free for all to reach the top of the queue. If it was an English soccer match there would be major crushes operating like that, but it seems to work in New England anyway, I just don't like big crowds converging at small ticket checks that's all. So get there a good bit early if you can. Lovely stadium..on a warm sunny day!

Ya the train sucks as it barely gets there on time but its handy if your visiting and not renting a car as its the only other way to get there without one. I think its $15 return trip.

Went to my first game last Decemeber against the Browns. BRILLIANT experience. Hoping to get another game in this year.

I travelled and tailgated with my friends over there (from EARLY) and it was a great experience. What i would say to you is, IF POSSIBLE to get out there early and maybe bring a beer or two and experience the tailgate.

The game is a great experience. The beer isn't as expensive as people say, and the stadium is class to be in after watching it on the telly so much !

    Jealous

Hiya folks, yeah looking forward to it alright, wouldn't be the biggest fan of NFL but will probably take a keener interest in it pre match day on Sky sports. Im afraid the train is my only option going on my own so can't have a few beers and drive to and back{missus back in the hotel} Would love to go a little earlier and nose around the place but hey ho. Is it true that the train is painfully slow on the return trip?

I genuinely can't recall there being any toilets on the patriot train so my honest answer is it depends on how many beers you've had

**** Phoenix, that wasn't what I wanted to hear, not a raging alco but like a few pints during the game and not looking forward to a train journey with a full bladder post match, would hardly be on my own surely??

The train takes about an hour from Boston both ways. Can't remember if there were toilets on it or not.

Buy me a ticket for the game OP and I will gladly pick you up in Boston and drop you back into Boston. I live 2 towns over from Foxboro. As for the train it doesn't have toilets on it well it didn't the last time I was on it.
