Shannon-Suir Cycle in aid of North Tipp Hospice Sep. 13th 2014

    An interesting cycle which will take place on Sep. 13th next in aid of North Tipp Hospice has just been launched. The full loop, just over 120Km and totally flat, will take riders from the lakeshore village of Dromineer, just outside Nenagh, through Roscrea, Templemore and Thurles before heading back to Dromineer. Sign on is just €25 for which participants will receive a goodie bag, with t-shirt and with a food stop in Thurles. The organisers totally appreciate that raising individual sponsorship these days is very difficult but a number of workplaces in the region are nominating employees to take part in this most worthy cause with the support of their colleagues.
