Sales people - candidates market?

    Hi There

    I am recruiting some sales people at the moment. A very nice job and a decent package.
    The last 2 people who I have offered to and who accepted, have both been 'poached' before they started (actually 1 of them on the day she started).

    Such a lot of work goes into getting someone to that stage!

    Anyone else feel it's a candidates market (if you have the skills)?

    Depends what Sales, i myself am in Sales for four years and looking. I am very good at it, but many places want an existing client list.

    What sector are you in.
