Hi My last job was in a shop but I would like to apply for an engineering Apprentice because it's what I'd love to do and I'm good that kind of thing. My question is what should I put on my cv as it's set out for shop assistant work?

I do have a genuine interest in engineering but not much to put on paper I am always dismantling my car and fixing/replacing parts on it and lawnmowers and things about the home.

The only requirement is that you have a junior cert. and they state that training will be given . last question i'm 21 would i be to old for an apprenticeship?

    Thanks
