How much is someone likely to receive in benefits if they are a married couple with 4 dependent children. Husband was main earner in continuous employment since 2005 on €3K per month. Wife no income with no other income collectively. Mortgage of €800 pm.

About €1,850 a month in Jobseekers Benefit for you all.

In the past you could get help with Mortgage, but I believe that is now gone.

As my shirt says its €1868 per month. Your outgoings are not taken into account.
If you think your going to be in trouble with bills you should go to MABS who can give you great help.
