    Hi all
been doing this program for about 10 weeks, with great results.
Love it a lot. wondering should i continue and if so for how long more before i change routine?

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/muscle-up-lean-down.html

I was thinking of changing to 5x5 just to see what it is all about. but the above plan is great as it fits in to the time i have approx 1 hour 3 times a week, i have added significant muscle and strength and lost fat especially around the belly. has aided me for football greatly.

    any advice greatly appreciated. thanks

It sounds like you really enjoy the program and are still getting results so why change?

Sure 5x5 programs are great but they're not the be all and end all that the internet makes them out to be. Consistently is more important than your program and if the one you're currently on keeps you going back for more I say stick with it.
