Last night one of the kids plugged the charge cable in to the car before the engine was switched off. Now it won't charge at all.
    Any ideas why?

That sounds... odd... Plugging in before you turn the car off is perfectly fine, no reason not to do it that I'm aware of.

Have you any charge timers set?
What happens when you plug the car in now, do you get any of the blue lights behind the windscreen flashing?

    Try ringing the Dealer?

Yeah checking the charge timer is a good idea, the car won't charge if there is a timer set because the timer tells the car to charge or not.

There is a button that you press that will override this if you need to charge.

Turned out the cable was not working. Not sure why. It's back at the dealership being tested.
Weird though. It was charging up fine , I did a quick journey 20mins or so and then it didn't work.
