My stamp ran out mid June and I was changed to jsa.

On jsb I was getting 202 for me and daughter. . Partnet is already on jsa and he is getting 139 for him and daughter..

Now that I've been changed to jsa both our amounts should have changed. I'm now getting 170... but he is still only getting 139.. He should also be getting 170.

My question is how long should it take to these arrears to be paid and for his amount to be altered... its 6/7 weeks now

I submitted a letter from him along with my jsa application as requested stating that his circumstances have changed as I'm now on jsa..

Op have your partner go down the office and ask them about it. Sounds like an oversight to me. No reason it shouldn't have kicked in right away.

Apologies. Yeah 2 adults 1 child.

I'll get him to go down in the morning. I thought maybe he would have to be reassessed or something.
