Eircom Greystones Disabling PPPoe on DSL

I have noticed one of my older clients keeps getting new settings pushed to their eircom modem. It seems to be disabling PPPOE bridging and changing it to a different profile. I have changed it back twice but it has reset again. This is stopping me getting an IP on my own modem. Has anyone else noticed this?
