Ive a wooden floor (solid) in the front room and hall and its gotten alot of scuff marks from the kids soles of their shoes. I tried to clean it with a magic eraser sponge in homestore and more and it made it worse. Can anyone recommend any products as anything ive tried wont get the scuff marks out.

Is my only option to hire a professional floor cleaner/buffer from a hire shop and polish them up or is there a cheaper way.
