I'm looking into going back to college to study pharmacy and as I have already completed a BBS in Business degree I am not entitled to "free fees" here. I have been told by some though that Irish passport holders are entitled to free tuition in Scotland. Can anyone clarify if this is true? Also, I was wondering can the UK…

EU students can get free tuition in Scotland, yes, but only if it's your first degree.

You must be resident in Scotland for 3 years to apply to their student loan system.
