    Try http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9HrVxDbvyI or try putting in a SIM from another network. It might ask you to unlock and you then put the NAC in

    At 1.46 on that video, that's what I'm actually looking for. As I said, I have the code but I don't know where to enter it. Maybe it'll come up on the screen like you said if I try another sim.

    When you pop in your new SIM that's not the stock network, it will ask for your SIM network unlock PIN - just type it in:
