u16's can't go in A4 races but our local county league has ladies, u16, a4 to a1 all going out together in handicaps but usually the a4's might catch the ladies/u16's and the a3-a1 catches everyone so we are all racing together.
i think its great experience for u16's. have a look at your local club league or county league but most of the racing will be soon finishing now for this year.

    Hey there,
You can't race in the senior ranks until you get out of the youth ranks, being after u16. In turn, you become an A3.
There's a good amount of racing around for youths, depending on where you're based? Have a look on cyclingireland.ie for the calendar, there's a few races left before the end of the season!
    Good luck

technically when you move out of u16 you become a junior and can race at a4 or a3 level (or a2/a1 if you are good enough)
