Wd40 vs 3 in 1

    Which is better ? Want to lubericate few bits an pieces on the car , bike etc ? Used wd40 to clean up my engine and seemed ok , but never used 3 in 1 , any reccomendations ?

    WD40 is great for cleaning, as you found, also to soften up old hard grease, but i wouldn't use it for much else.
    Defo not in engine bay where heat will dry it out in no time.

    Fresh engine oil works for most things..
