hi im looking for advice, which package should i go for. Currently I am with three €40 a month classic flex max. i am thinking of switching to eircom's bundle of broadband, mobile and landline for €30pm and then €60 after the initial 6 months have past.

What i am concerned about eircom is their limits, is it capped or truly unlimited? does it have a lot of downtime? what is their mobile phone coverage like?

ive no problems with three but would like a fixed broadband line

Depends where you are. A rural exchange on the old packages will be limited and often congested. Newer NGN exchanges have an FUP of 250GB last time I checked.

Interesting, I've the same 3 package and it's useless unless I'm in the inner city centre. I've found it just unusable annoyware around Cork, Cork County into Kerry.

I also have a Vodafone mobile which has been consistently reliable down through the years.

I have Eircom at home via landline but they are a year late in offering eFibre, despite area being active. Eircom have been very reliable, very few internet breakages, but recently I've been suffering from speed drops, even my 3 mobile on 3G is faster when that happens.

So, sorry not to be able to guide you in any way.

im in a city center so thats probably why three's coverage is good but i do have the same issues when in a rural town/village
