IP Surveillance, light in the box?

Hi all. Whenever I type an address in the address bar, the first thing that comes up in the history dropdown menu is "IP Surveillance, lightinthebox". I googled light in the box, seemingly its a site that sells dresses???


Now I've never heard of this site, let alone use it, and the fact that the words "IP Surveillance" are coming up before it, is scaring the daylights out of me. Anyone know what could be going on?

Sounds to me like you may have one of those third party junkware extensions installed. What browser and OS do you use?

What it's referring to is security cameras that are accessible via the internet (IP Cameras)

Lightinthebox is actually a legit site, used by many members in the bargain alerts section - I wouldn't be concerned that you're IP is being monitored, more-so that it's a product that they sell

Its internet explorer (whatever the latest one is) and windows 8.
