Hi. I bought some vinyls from a Japanese seller on Discogs. The courier tracking shows that the parcel has been sitting in Dublin customs for two days. Will I have to pay some sort of duty on that?

Unlikely, unless they are very valuable.
More likely either civil service style efficiency, or the carrier has a backlog and hasn't moved it on their system yet.
