    I dont qualify because if the residency requirement. I am home to stay, i want to go back to school and be a productive member of society. are their any options for financial help?

    If you have been on the dole for more than 9 months you can apply for back to education

    I'm in the same boat as you and have found nothing. Been through basically every option and because of residency I don't qualify. I'm going to pay for it using my savings, loans from family, and weekend work. It's going to be tough though
