Cool off period is 14 days or 7?

    Hi,

    Just signed up for 24mb NGB bundle in the hope that it's better than our current satellite provider. If it's not an improvement I'll be looking to cancel within the cool off period.

    I thought the period was 7 days but support on eircom chat told me it had recently changed to 14 days ? I then got disconnected from support.

    Is the cool off period 14 days from the date of the order ?
