    Hi all,
I found a usb stick in my attic and I plugged it into my laptop and now when I go to the 'My PC' part of computer it wont open and says folder is empty.
This is where all my downloads and movies and music and documents usually are...
    Virus?
    Thanks for any help!

    First of all...why the heck!?

What operating system are you running? (XP/7/8)

Are you logging in under your own account, or administrator? (do you get a log in/ password screen).

Sounds quite like that 'new profile' bug that each time you logged in, it would create a new profile. Your files are probably still there.

If you hit the windows key + F, (or search) and enter in *.mp3 does it pick up any of your files?
