WTD: Long Reach Brake Calipers

    Looking for a set of long drop calipers for a road bike. Frame is 27 inch and I need some long drop calipers for it to work well with 700c rims. Silver or black, modern dual pivot preferred. Based in Dublin.

    but good value, I used the Tektro ones for years though and they were fantastic if you get a set.

    I use the miche ones on the commuter and they are fine. The quick release is a bit cheap feeling but everything works fine after 2 winters.

    Turns out 57mm drop brakes weren't long enough for the 27" frame's generous clearances. I ended up getting a brand new pair of Tektro 55-73mm drop calipers on adverts for 15e, so I'm happy enough. I'm pretty sure I'll have to run a super long reach 55-73mm back brake and a short or long reach front brake as the fork isn't original to the frame.
