I was on 2&3 days a week after returning from ML last year and claiming for my other days. The company closed in April and I've been signing on since. I got a letter this week to say my JSB is finishing in the coming weeks?
I've been paying tax on my wages since ML so could my stamps have run out?

Yes they could have run out. You might re-qualify though if you have 13 A1 cons paid since the start of your claim.

For JSB you need to have "suffered a considerable loss of employment". As you have been on 2/3 days for some time now, it is probably the case that the Dept considers that you have accepted that those are your contracted hours, and that you no longer fulfill that condition, thus you no longer quality for Benefit.
There are more conditions to JSB then PRSI

She said the company closed in April. She is no longer casual.

You would have had to have paid 13 a class contributions since day 156 of your current claim in order to requalify when your current claim exhausts. You can apply for jobseekers allowance ...if you dont qualify for jsa then you can make a credits claim.
