can't get to sleep, pain in back,etc

    hi.

    i can't get to sleep and have pain in my neck and back.
    this is driving me insane. i can't get to sleep and I'm in pain.


    please what do?

    If I can't get to sleep after a good while I get out of bed and head to the kitchen. Which normally results in me eating a load of chocolate, normally when I head back to bed I fall asleep pretty fast after that. :pac:

    If the pain doesn't go away or gets worse you should probably go to your GP.

    Keep the beast in my nature under ceaseless attack
    I gets no sleep, I can't get no sleep

    Delivering the boxes of new currency to the homeless may have also contributed to the back pain
