help carp fishing ?

Hey i fish a small to medium sized pond and there are some big carp in it but no one seems to be catching fish ,the odd fish or 2 here and there on dog food, i have used tiger nut bread boile,corn,bread,dog food,dog biscuits,maggots,worms, anyone got any ideas ? Dont know what to do please help
