    Are you supposed to get your policy email straight away?

    I just bought insurance there and I had no emails so I checked my spam folder and there was one...a confirmation of my MyAA account. No sign of a policy anywhere.

    When you log onto the MyAA account there's no option to check any policies I have bought (which I have because I checked my online banking and the transaction is processing)

    Is the processing of the transaction the reason why they haven't sent the email yet? Because the payment hasn't gone through?

    I'm freaking out because after I bought it, it went to a screen saying HERE'S YOUR POLICY NUMBER but I clicked to see the terms of the policy before writing it down because I thought the terms would open in a new window...clearly not :(:(:(
