Early opening gyms in Cork

Anyone know any early opening gyms in or around Cork city centre? Basically I need to be in work for around 7am in the morning and as I commute almost 2 hours each way I'm too tired in the evenings to do much. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere open from around 530am onwards with parking. I've tried google and can't find…

Dennehys Gym in Ballincollig are (or at least used to be!) open 24 hours Monday to Friday.
