I am 23 exercise and have always been healthy. I have had bad chest pain for 4 months now. Anytime I do anything physical it gets worse and I also find it difficult to breathe at times. I have had 5 chest x rays a ct scan a cardiac MRI + spinal and neck MRI and also 3echocardiograms and an endoscopy and nothing has showed up. What could this be ? I have also have numerous ECGs and they were all normal. My life is also on hold I can't work or do anything physical.

Honestly, no one here is going to be able to give you better advice than you received from the medical professionals you have seen, but maybe you might want to check if it's an anxiety issue.
