    Hi,
    I am a 30 year old male, bit of excess weight nothing that visible. But my fitness is pretty poor and i would like to get it better and back to a less fatty body. But I am not looking to get ripped or have a six pack - just healthy fit and decent body in the long term. I know diet plays a large role.
    Can anyone recommend exercises that i might like, tried and failed running so many times, walking is fine but im pretty sure it wont get me any fitter.

    To be honest, no one will be able to tell you what you might like.

    Look around at what's available and that you might like.

    Swimming might suit you, for some reason I'm less tired after it than running
