    Hi,

I'm looking around for a set of 10 speed Campy levers, ideally Record / Chorus or Centaur (older style).
These are for my winter bike so once they function well I'd be happy enough.

    Looking to spend €70/80...

Has anyone get any campag levers for sale?

Why spend 80 on 2nd hand ones when you can get brand new Veloce ones for less than 100 notes on the net, powershift shifters too, same as Centaur

The older centaur ultrashift levers are a much better lever than the powershift veloce ones - if I was looking for 10 speed campag levers it would be them or the more expensive record/chorus models.

I have a set. Wasn't going to sell yet as I'm swapping over to 11 later in the year but I have two bikes and you can only ride one at a time!
They are Centaur carbon with the new shape, and are there ones with the better Ultra shift internals from about 3 years ago. In almost perfect condition

Was going to put them up here for 100 but I'd take 90 for them.

A few pics. They are the same as these ones except the left lever has no chips in the lacquer. I live and work in the city centre so you are welcome to view at any stage. They are still on my good bike but I can remove if you want them

@Charlie69 I have a Record Carbon / Titanium rear mech and a Veloce front mech. A pair of Athena 11 dual pivot brake callipers in silver, only a few miles on them, and put back in the box. I also have a Chorus ultra torque carbon chain set with 170mm cranks. It's a compact but has 53/39 rings on it. I have the 50/34 also, but not sure what condition they are in.

What are you asking for the crank? Do compact rings really fit on a standard Campag spider - are they not different BCD like Shimano?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 403 ✭✭Marq-dublin

@shawler 50 for the record front mech. I wasn't really going to sell both but if your interested will move it on. I'd include the postage at that price

@TheBlaaMan The cranks are compact, 110 bcd. The chainrings are just a larger size, 53/39 from BBB. It had 50 / 34 rings when I bought it, I put the bigger rings on when I was racing. I have the smaller rings and from memory the 50 is in good condition, the 34 is worn. I will have to have a look later

Is the mech braze on and will you do it for 40 ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 403 ✭✭Marq-dublin

It's a braze on. I don't want to part with it for less then 50, i'll just have to replace it with something else.
I offered it to country kid as an alternative to the veloce one but I only really need to sell one of them.

That's ok. Will offer 50 but if you want to hold on to it I can live without it. Thanks

@shawler after much head scratching i'm going to hang on to the front mech. I'd just have to replace it with another one. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you
