    Hello
I recently injured my ankle quite seriously when I was training with my local GAA club and as a result I will be in crutches for some time. I'm wondering what kind of gym programs and training regimes i could do when i am waiting for my ankle to heal, which could be quite some time. Some of you might say just to rest up and wait for it to heal and then return to fitness but bear in mind I do not want to put back on weight I trained so hard to get rid of. Any suggestions are welcome!
    Thank you

Keep on top of your nutrition. That's the key in not putting on weight during injury.
