Parking a Trailer on the street

Hi, My neighbour is using his front garden as a storage depot for his landscape gardening business. No issue with that really, however he regularly leaves his trailer parked on the street usually full of gardening tools and green waste. Apart from being unsightly it alsi makes it difficult to drive into and out of my driveway. just wondering if it is legal to park a trailer on the street while not attached to a car?
    Thanks

Contact your local CoCo, attach a picture to show them the issue properly and let them decide.

He's a brave man leaving tools in a trailer on the street. If its causing a persistent obstruction its a matter for the Guards.

Have you mentioned it to him? Perhaps he's unaware that he's causing a blockage. Might be a better approach than going official without having a quiet word first.
