    Hi Everyone,

I'm just about to run out of this Optimum Nutrition CGT-10 and I'm undecided whether or not to go for the same again or maybe go with something on bulkpowders.

In fairness I have found this to be quite good.

    Any advise greatly appreciated.

Expensive. 1 kg creatine is about 14 euro, 1 kg of glutamine is 22 and taurine is 24

You'd make your own 1kg bag of the same mix for 24 euro compared to 32 euro for 600 grams they are selling.
