    Hi
    Fastway / Yodel have had a parcel on route to me since 4th July. They're telling the sender that they will contact me directly to arrange delivery which has satisfied the sender. However almost 2 weeks later I'm still without my order.

    Any advice on how I can move this on with either the sender or courier??? Delivery was originally 5 working days

    Talk to the sender - ultimately they have the contract with the courier. If they don't resolve it, tell them that you will be seeking a refund for non-delivery of goods.
