Work out undies

What type of underwear is best for exercising? 100% cotton, nylon or microfiber or something else I don't know about?? I've seen microfiber undies in Penneys and Dunnes, anyone wear those? Are they good for wicking away moisture?

Nothing? Unless that's it, it's better to wear nothing under your workout/running gear??

Cotton absorbs moisture, so it's not a good choice for exercise.

You need a product that wicks the moisture away from your body.

Helly Hansen for men are good.

Dunno about Helly Hansen for women.

I don't wear knickers when exercising. I find it much more comfortable without any on.

Something like compression shorts for underneath and then whatever you wear over them.
