    Any suggestions?

Price isnt really an issue - but a nice location/setting/people watching would be great.

I would prefer something thats not a pub the night before... (i hate that smell!).

    Hopefully you can help!
    Thanks.

IFSC has some good places, Tossed is ok, Mayor's square has options if its sunny. The markets in Merrion Sq, Canal, Fitzwilliam during the summer are well worth it, bring a blanket and just relax and watch the world go by

The Table in Portobello is really nice and it's along the canal so if you get a window seat you can do plenty of people watching, which often includes kayakers at this time of year.

There are lots of threads about brunches in Dublin in this forum if you do a quick search. There are so many good options these days.

I think the issue is the OP wants a weekday brunch. Most places only do brunch on a weekend.

Ah! You know, I read the thread title about 3 times because I was sure there was probably something different about the query but I still failed to see that! Early morning posting...

Sorry, OP, I'm not sure I do know of many places that do a specific brunch midweek but, depending on the type of food you'd be after, I'm sure there are nice lunch spots that would fit the bill.

I think most places that do weekend brunch swap it for an earlier start to lunch during the week unfortunately. What you might get is somewhere with a late breakfast that has a lot of brunch items on their menu

Herb Street does breakfast till 11.30

KC Peaches has breakfast till 11.00

Kilkenny Design Centre has breakfast till 11 too (I think, couldn't swear to this one) and lots of people watching over Nassau Street
