How do i remove Tor Browser On Windows 8

I can't remove this god damn of a thing and it wont even open, when i try to open it, it says it already opened...

I downloaded it off : torproject dot com
I cant find it in control panel..

I use it to check out the goods for sale on 'The Silk Road'. I never buy anything, but I think it's interesting as all heck.

I never would have believed it was anything more than a troll site - but when the FBI shut it down the first time, I learned it was legit.
