    Delay in sending out my Travel Pass . Should I hold on to my bus or train tickets and send them to Dept. for refund.

    I suppose you could try. What caused the delay and when should you have got the pass and how did you quality for free travel?

    Came today.
    OAP Since 10th July. With the issue of new type of card it was delayed.
    Will not contact Dept for 4 busfares at 1.80
