Cheap for an octocore. Not sure about the brand though, never come across them before.

The Lenovo A850+ Octa-Core Can be bought for roughly that if you look around. Normally around €115...

Tmart is a scam site, they sell a lot of fake products and products with the specs drastically exaggerated.

TMart is definitely not a scam site by any means but like the majority of Chinese websites it does have a lot of fake products or clones.

Web of trust has them labeled as a scam. They are known for selling tablets with specs completely different to what it actually has. Their refund policy is "no". In my eyes its a scam.

To be fair most " no name" manufacturers in China do lie about their specs, 13Mp camera in reality 8Mp etc.

Like anything online you take it with a pinch of salt and hope you don't get caught by Customs!

I'd say in the last 2 years I've had 10 deliveries from them, never had an issue, had to test customer service on one occasion and found them surprisingly responsive. Cancelled one order and was refunded. There are a lot of suspect Chinese sites, Tmart is not one of them IMO.

    +1

AliExpress, TMart, DHGate have all been pleasures to deal with IMO.

I've only ever had problems from them, although being scammed once would mean I would try them again. The reviews are here if anyone wants to read them https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/tmart.com?utm_source=addon&utm_content=rw-viewsc

I've completed 100's of purchases from tmart.

Some are fast some are slow but I've never felt I was scammed or mis-sold a product.

One dvd/radio/gps unit failed after 6 weeks (over €200) and once I returned it I was mostly refund the P+P cost and had had a new one by courier 5 days before the failed unit was back to them by snail mail. This experience was better than any other online refund outside of europe and was easier than a lot of items purchased within europe even ebay for example which takes forever and even after a raft of emails I always get stung 100% for return postage.

Others may have had different experiences but so far I'd have no problem laying out cash for that phone or other products.
