Seeking some independent, impartial opinions on this one if I may.....

My fiancé/best friend/ soul-mate passed away very unexpectedly almost 2 years ago now & obviously as you can imagine, I continue to feel her loss very deeply and am not yet quite ready to attempt to 'move on' yet. To be honest, I am very lucky in life & all other aspects of it aside of that 'void' are wonderful.
As is the norm in any healthy relationship, sex played a huge part and was both fantastic & frequent over the years that we spent together. Still makes me smile to this day that we couldn't keep our hands off of one another...(but that's another story!!!!)

Anyways....the fact of the matter is that being a red-blooded male, I've recently started to feel the need of some physical contact. As mentioned I'm not ready for a relationship yet & have no great desire to start having ONS's again (the opportunities have arisen lately.)

So...finally my question....is it acceptable to consider using a discreet escort service? Both parties get what they want with no complications???

    TIA.........

There's nothing unacceptable about it - but do you think it's necessary? It does mean it's not as tenuous as a ONS, you don't have to worry about the other half developing feelings, and you will get a good night, but it is expensive - what happens when you want it again? Perhaps you should be looking for a 'friend with benefits' type, maybe someone who understands your situation, and even better, is of a similar feeling themselves. You say both parties will get what they want, but at the end of the day it's still an artificial experience and an expensive one at that. Not hugely different to a one night stand, just removes potential complications. In the long term I don't know if it's the best idea, that's all.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

Agree with above. I think it would be acceptable if that's the route you choose to pursue but I don't think it necessary. You could quite easily get involved with someone sexually without having to make any commitment. As long as you're open and honest and both know where you stand you might have more fun seeing someone you like casually rather than having to pay some randomer by the hour.

Yes just research it and pick a girl who is doing it of her own free will.
