I live down a laneway with a shared boundary ditch with a neighbour. Came home yesterday evening to find some of the boundary ditch knocked. They had to use our laneway to for access for the knocking. No one asked us if they could do this. Question is do they have to replace the ditch knocked or worse could they put in…

They had to use our laneway to for access for the knocking.
No one asked us if they could do this. Question is do they have to replace the ditch knocked or worse could they put in another entrance using our lane as access..
