    She should come to Ireland!

Our Social Welfare will make her a mint!

But seriously, how'd she manage 15 of them....

    Feckin' hell!

Ireland and Hull Cities Stephen Quinn is from a family of 15 children, this would be fairly common in the 70's and 80's.

They would want to be a stick put across that gap.

More like a furze bush barbed wire and an electric fence.

My mams family had significantly more than 15 kids. I think there were 20 in total at the highest stage. 15 still left alive now.

And a mains one at that, often the battery fence don't have the power when they are going to dairy.

Not where I'm from it wasn't. I went to school with a guy who was the youngest of 13, but after that I don't think there was anyone from a family of more than 5 kids. From stories my parents told me, it would seem to have been more common in the 40s and 50s.

15 kids in my mothers family.(That survived childbirth.) 14 still alive. 7 in my fathers family. 6 in my own. The missus's family were similar.

She needs to go get a job.

My dad came from a family of 15 kids. No one 'paid for them' except his father and mother.

I think this thread needs a bit more Chris Rock:

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

Bloody hell, 15 children and someone else has to be responsible? Kinda sums up the way Western society has gone.

I left school in 1996, in my class in secondary there were two girls who had 14 siblings each. Oddly enough they had the same surname, but spelled differently (eg McGee/Magee)
