    Seatpost.
My strange and probably stupid suggestion is to measure the internal diameter of the seatpost, buy a circular piece of wood in a hardware store, insert the wood into the seatpost, fill the thing with water. The wood will expand over a few hours, gripping the inside of the seatpost tightly. Pull it out.

If you have a file with a curved side you could hold it in the seatpost, tap in a piece of wood beside it until tight, and pull the lot out.
