Walker tv wifi connection issues

Just got a walker tv. Trying to connect to wifi. It finds the wifi networks fine and shows my UPC network as having 4 bars of strength. However when I input my password it won't accept it? Could you not use homeplugs or a direct Ethernet connection?

My guess regarding the wifi is you're not typing it all in in caps.
