Public sector laboratory analyst position interview offer

    Hi,

    Just wondering if any one got an email regarding being offered an interview for laboratory analyst or serological assistant position with the department of agriculture? Also, anyone have any experience of what to expect from these interviews, are they similar to hse interviews? Any info greatly appreciated!

    Hello there, I have interviews on 25th July for Laboratory Analyst, and interview on 23 July for SA post.

    That's strange! I have one in July and one in August, didn't think they would be that spread out??

    The application wasn't really competency based with defined questions, just examples of your experience really, fingers crossed, no doubt I'll be a long process regardless

    Out of interest what kind of previous experience and qualifications did anyone who got offered an interview have?
    Im straight out of college and its something Id be interested in applying for if there are more competitions in the future. I saw the minimum requirements in the job spec, but figure there would be quite experienced people going for a job like this

    Well I have a degree in biochemistry with 5 years experience in pharmaceutical laboratory and 7 years experience in quality.
