    Irish Team had to battle yesterday against Germany to win 4 pts to 3. The last 2 matches (and 2 points) were won by Dunne & Shavin on the 20th and 23rd holes respectively.


    Today they had to play a very good English Team who were the run away leaders in the stroke play qualification section.
    Tied the morning foursomes and blew them away in the afternoon singles 4 games to 1.

    Final against Spain tomorrow. Last time Ireland won, Lowery and McIlroy was in the team
